3. User Responsibilities

By uploading documents to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the document, or the person who commissioned it (e.g., paid for an inspection), or you have explicit written permission from the document owner to share it.
• The document does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you upload.
• If you are an agent, inspector, or other professional uploading on behalf of a homeowner, you have obtained the homeowner's explicit consent to share the document on this Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

PropertyCredentials does not claim ownership of any documents you upload. You retain all rights to your content. By uploading, you grant PropertyCredentials a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Home inspection reports are generally the intellectual property of the inspector who created them, while the client who commissioned and paid for the report controls its distribution. PropertyCredentials respects these ownership structures and complies with industry standards, including those set by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). 5. DMCA & Copyright Compliance

PropertyCredentials respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on the Platform
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who uploaded it.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Reliance on the accuracy of uploaded documents
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform
• Any loss of data or unauthorized access to your content

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyCredentials, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights through content you upload.

8. Content Guidelines

You may not upload content that:

• You do not have the legal right to share
• Contains false or misleading information intended to deceive
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Contains malicious software or code

9. Account Termination
