They search for it, confirm the home is theirs, and the page is theirs to fill. Free, and there is nothing to install.

They add what they already have
A pre-listing inspection, the roof warranty, the permit for the kitchen, the HVAC service record. Whatever exists, in whatever order it turns up.

The page is public
No account, no sign-in, no app. A buyer reads the history the same way they read the listing, and can download everything at once.

Buyers ask the owner directly
A question goes to the homeowner by email, and their answer appears on the page for the next buyer to read.

The agent who sent them is credited
If a seller arrived on an agent’s invite link, the property is linked to that agent’s profile and their name appears on the page.
What we do not do
We do not inspect, verify, endorse or grade anything. Documents appear exactly as the homeowner uploaded them, and a page with nothing on it says exactly that. What is here is what an owner chose to share, and knowing who chose to share it is most of the value.
